Kathryn joined the DPA in 2017 after completing a Bachelor of Pacific Studies at the ANU as a mature student. Having a diverse background including being a paralegal clerk, an artist and a school secretary, she currently moonlights as an alpaca farmer. In the past she has studied Polish, French, Spanish and fine art and has lived in Singapore, US and Ireland. At the DPA Kathryn processes submissions for the In Brief, Discussion Paper, Working Paper and Policy Brief series and co-ordinates the copyediting, typesetting and production of DPA’s outputs. As a keen student of Pacific Studies, the highlight for Kathryn is seeing more Pacific scholars being published at ANU.
